U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate to support tire and auto parts handling in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, operating forklifts, and following strict safety procedures. Overtime may be required, with a schedule of Mon-Thu 2:00pm–10:30pm and Sun 10:00am–5:00pm or until work is completed. Starting wages are competitive with weekly pay and a robust benefits package, including healthcare and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lb consistently and up to 80 lb occasionally.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 lb.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally; team lifts for heavier tires.
• Operate in heights up to 25 feet while maintaining safety standards.
• Stay on feet for extended periods and be prepared for overtime.
• Support other departments as needed (ecomm, inventory, will call).
• Adhere to all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
