Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a Warehouse Associate to load/unload tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate industrial equipment, stock inventory, and assist with cycle counts and safety procedures.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, occasional 80 pounds, and the ability to work 5:00am–5:30pm Friday–Sunday with potential overtime. Eligible for benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds (barrels/tires).
• Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Able to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre-employment drug test required (does not test for THC).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Assist with handling barrels, industrial tires, and related tasks.
• Work at heights on tall racks and operate equipment safely.
• Stay on your feet for extended periods and work overtime when needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
