Job summary

Corbion is seeking a Warehouse Technician for our Blair, Nebraska facility to support on-site warehouse operations. You will move, pick, load, and ship finished goods and receive raw materials, while using SAP for documentation and inventory control.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, light maintenance, and backing up the Fill Room, all while following GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and safety guidelines to ensure product quality and personal safety.

Qualifications

• Mastery of basic math, calculating, and computer skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in business, supply chain/logistics.
• Attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment including forklift and turret truck.
• Experience reading specifications and interpret routine production operating procedures.
• Warehouse Technicians will wear PPE and work in a warehouse environment.
• Temperature variations inside/outside the facility are substantial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by maintaining cleanliness standards and operating the equipment and utilities in a safe manner.
• Move, pick, load, and ship packaged finished product and receive raw materials from suppliers.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and complete minor upkeep/maintenance of equipment.
• Fill in, as needed, for the Operations Technician in the Fill Room.
• Plan and pick finished goods for shipments using SAP system, shipping documentation.
• Plan and ship finished goods to customer and resupply orders, including appropriate packing, bracing and dunnage requirements.
• Perform cycle count functions of finished goods and raw material utilizing SAP system and following written instructions.
• Accurately transact activity records to SAP system as needed.
• Execute QESH standards per defined roles and responsibilities to ensure personal and product safety and quality.
• Perform within the guidelines of all GMPs, SOPs, Security measures, Housekeeping, HACCP, and health guidelines.
