Job summary

LGG INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage warehouse operations in Charleston, WV. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in handling shipments, inventory posting, and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of warehousing experience, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 18 years or older and 1–3 years warehousing/production experience.
• Ability to safely operate company truck or equipment as required.
• High school diploma or GED; craft apprenticeship or equivalent is a plus.
• Independent work capability with mechanical aptitude and safety focus.
• Excellent accuracy in math, measurements and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, post to system, and store items in warehouse.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and notify supervisor.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or shipping.
• Package and ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
• Assist with staging local shipments and inventory counts.
• Maintain organized storage locations and conduct safety-focused operations.
