Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Technician/Project Specialist TEMP to join our Operations team at the Pico Rivera, CA facility. You will handle, move, and store client records and information securely in a physically demanding role, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position includes a background check and drug screening after an offer. Compensation ranges from $19.00–$21.00 per hour, with a reasonably expected salary range of $42,100 to $52,600 annually depending on factors

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Technician/Project Specialist TEMP to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Data Entry Project Specialist duties Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

What We Offer (Benefits)

• Where: Onsite at our facility - Pico Rivera, CA
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Rate: $19.00-$21.00 Per hour
• Note: After an offer is accepted, all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Reasonably expected salary range: $42,100.00 - $52,600.00 Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
