IES Residential is seeking a Warehouse Technician I to join our team in Huntsville, AL. Previous warehouse, inventory, or labor experience is beneficial.

You will support warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory activities while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. The role requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can excel in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with supervisors and operational teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have basic organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings such as background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
