Astound Broadband is hiring a Warehouse Technician I/II in Washington to support receiving, testing, staging, and shipping equipment and inventory. You will ensure accurate inventories, prepare orders for delivery, and generate warehouse reports while upholding safety and company policies.

The role requires basic technical aptitude, strong organization, and customer-focused service. The position offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonus.

Qualifications

• Must comply with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Able to maintain basic records and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive company vehicle.
• Able to measure distances using tapes or measuring devices.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer-friendly demeanor and professional communication.
• Familiarity with cable television products and services.
• Adherence to safety procedures and policies.
• Comfort using standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, fax, calculator, stapler).
• Basic math and electronics knowledge.
• Ability to use hand tools (drills, hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers).
• Ability to handle small components and wire connections.
• Forklift operation and maintaining a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide general warehouse and distribution support.
• Prepare and complete orders for pickup or shipping.
• Receive and process CPE/stock; clean and prepare equipment.
• Perform inventory controls and generate warehouse reports.
• Test and stage equipment for deployment.
• Handle retail equipment and related tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
