Job summary

SupplyCore Inc. seeks a Warehouse Technician to support receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. You will verify inventory, enter data in ERP, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, basic PC skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will work with cross-functional teams and comply with DoD/GSA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-driven and proactive with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Team player willing to assist colleagues and collaborate with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and validate incoming material; enter receipt info into ERP; report nonconforming materials.
• Gather receiving documents and process per contractual requirements.
• Pack and prepare material for shipment; ensure secure transportation per requirements.
• Store and organize material in assigned locations; prepare outbound orders and shipping documentation.
• Perform MHE checks and safety procedures; maintain clean, organized work area.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and participate in year-end inventory.
