Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Warehouse Technician for the Brier Hill, PA site. You will handle shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials, assist with shipping/receiving, unload trucks, check in materials and file documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift ability (training provided), and ability to lift 50 lbs. The position offers competitive wages ($20.02/hour), health/dental/disability insurance, 401(k), and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to operate forklift – training will be provided.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain warehouse location system.
• Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Prepare export documentation as required.
• Arrange shipping/transport.
• Build relationships with workshop teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in customer on-call service as required.
• Expedite urgent orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and report unsafe work habits or incidents.
• Comply with safety policies and regulations.
• Audit goods received into warehouse and oversee storage/shipments.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving schedules to control workflow.
• Ensure proper maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
• Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
