Job summary

Crane Cartage LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, labeling, and BOL preparation. You will use a forklift, scan freight with RF devices, and verify loads meet Crane SOPs while maintaining safety.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to read work orders. High school diploma or GED and 3+ years related experience preferred; forklift certification within 30 days of hire. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Check for vendor accuracy and create bills of lading (BOLs).
• Validate cargo damage, ensure correct labeling, and perform quality checklists.
• Operate forklift and other drivable warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload materials, secure loads with strapping or padding.
• Scan freight using RF devices and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain safe on-site work environment and complete required paperwork promptly.
