SRS Distribution Inc. — Commonwealth Building Materials, Inc. in Roanoke is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, storage, and delivery setup. You will prepare orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a forklift, and work both independently and as part of a team. The company offers a base hourly wage with overtime eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience or more preferred.
• Demonstrate trust, integrity and servant leadership in a non-management role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging for pickup or delivery; assist with loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize material damage to ensure order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse, manage bin locations, and uphold high customer service standards; lift up to 50 lbs and wear protective gear.
• Operate a forklift and ensure equipment is maintained per standards.
