stow Group, a global leader in storage and racking solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Operator in the United States. You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist with cycle counting, follow SAP-guided replenishment, and ensure accurate order preparation and loading.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• 2+ years of order picking or similar warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse layout and locations.
• Ability to use scanning equipment and estimate order volume for packaging.
• Knowledge of packaging requirements and ability to replenish pick locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks and hand jacks to facilitate order picking and inventory management.
• Assists with inventory and cycle counting.
• Follows scan/SAP instructions indicating replenishment needs.
• Follows management instructions to improve work methods and prevent complaints or damages.
• Checks prepared orders and stores completed orders in stock.
• Ensures overseas packaging complies with required standards.
• Maintains order and cleanliness and ensures regular cleaning by order pickers.
• Reports information to supervisors and completes end-of-shift reports.
• Assists colleagues and creates new storage locations to avoid order splits.
• Checks open transfer orders daily to ensure completion before loading.
• Transmits location data to update master data and drives improvements via 5S audits.
