Job summary

stow is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts and pallets, assist with inventory and cycle counts, and ensure accurate order preparation in a fast-paced environment. You will follow SAP-guided replenishment and packing standards, keep work areas clean, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, physical stamina for lifting, and a solid understanding of safety and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks or similar equipment.
• 2+ years of order picking or related warehouse experience.
• Ability to use scanning equipment and SAP instructions for replenishment.
• Knowledge of warehouse layout (Hall A&B, powder warehouse, picking area).
• Good physical strength to lift heavy objects and stay on feet long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to support order picking and inventory.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts and ensure accurate packaging.
• Follow safety rules, 5S audits, and environmental guidelines.
• Check orders, store completed orders, and monitor transfer orders daily.
• Communicate with supervisors and assist colleagues as needed.
