Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure products are prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely and efficiently while adhering to safety policies.

Experience is valued with an HS Diploma or GED preferred and 0-2 years in warehousing. Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods are expected, with on-site work in Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Prepare items for shipment or pickup using shrink wrap, straps, or protective methods.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety policies.
