Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling.

You will ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery, securely packaged, and moved safely with forklifts and other equipment, while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Preference given to candidates with a HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience; willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials.
• Prepare items for shipment or pickup with protective packaging.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Install protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors with orders.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
