Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Hebron, KY is seeking an Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution to handle incoming and outgoing materials, verify lot numbers and part numbers, and ensure timely, accurate order processing.

You will work on-site with the Distribution Center team, support inventory control, cycle counts, and safety procedures, and may operate powered equipment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, picks, packs, and ships orders with accurate lot and part numbers.
• Creates/ensures documentation for orders and reconciles inventory.
• Operates or can train on powered equipment (forklift, reach truck) and supports lean/quality initiatives.
• Participates in organizational improvement projects as needed.
