Job summary
Celgard in Concord, NC is hiring a Warehouse Technician to join the on-site team. The role handles receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy and safe warehouse operations.
You will operate PIVs and barcode scanners, input data into the ERP, and support continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a day shift, overtime opportunities, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus with two partial payments, plus comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.
- Able to operate PIVs and forklifts safely.
- Basic computer skills and shipping/receiving knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound materials and log into the warehouse system.
- Process, pick, pack, stage, and ship outbound materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy; participate in cycle counts.
- Load/unload trucks using PIVs (forklifts & pallet jacks).
- Operate barcode scanners and input transactions into the ERP.
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping documents.
- Maintain safe, clean, organized work area and follow 6S practices.
- Collaborate with team; participate in cross-functional projects.
