Job summary

Celgard – Concord, NC seeks a Warehouse Technician to join the warehouse team. The role handles shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a manufacturing setting, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. Expect to operate forklifts and PIVs, use bar code scanners, and maintain accurate records.

The position is day shift, Monday–Friday, with a starting pay of $18.50 per hour and potential overtime. Sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered with staggered payment after week 1 and after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Education Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge & Experience: 1 year in a warehouse environment; lean manufacturing in warehouse setting preferred; experience with scanning tools.
• Able to operate PIVs and forklifts; able to use basic computer systems and ERP input.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log inbound materials; use packing slips and POs.
• Process, pick, pack, stage, and ship outbound materials and customer orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; participate in cycle counts.
• Load/unload trucks using PIVs and forklift equipment; pass forklift testing.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized warehouse; follow ISO/quality standards.
