Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Dallas is seeking a forklift operator to handle daily material movement, loading/unloading, and staging with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will also perform cycle counts and support warehouse processes to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

Responsibilities include participating in process improvement, adhering to GMP and safety requirements, and potentially working overtime or weekends.

Position Related Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible to operate a forklift efficiently and safely in daily tasks.

Efficiently load and unload material; stage and distribute materials in the work area.

Perform cycle counting of raw and finished materials.

Display thorough knowledge of warehouse processes including production put-away and shipping.

Participate in process improvement geared toward resolving and sustaining solutions in areas identified as deficient or inefficient.

Complete other duties as assigned (i.e. backup for other positions in the department, etc.).

Education and Additional Skills

General Education, Diploma.
Possess ability to work scheduled shift and overtime, weekends, and/or flexible hours as needed.

Ability to repeatedly climb, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.

Maintain and adhere to all GMP and safety requirements.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Complete company requirements to become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment.
