Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is hiring Warehouse Operators in the United States to move products in and out of the distribution center. You will pick, pack and ship orders, verify goods, and enter data in our systems. Forklift operation is essential in moving freight and supporting inventory and QA processes.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years in a similar capacity, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with flexibility for overtime.

Job Description Summary: It’s an exciting time to work in The Coca-Cola Company’s flagship market. Our Warehouse Operators are at the forefront of our business, working directly with our products in the manufacturing facilities. You’ll be focused on maintaining product movement in and out of the distribution center by performing various duties.

Position-Related Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, physical, labor-intensive environment to pick, pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to handle, record and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse, which includes receiving incoming goods, checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Pick orders, packs, and dispatches outgoing goods according to written or verbal orders and enter data into a database or other computerized system.
• t Operates forklift to move freight into and out of the warehouse.
• Load and unloads freight and assist in the control of storage areas for packaging materials, ingredients, and finished product and may schedule freight movements in cooperation with immediate team leaders and/or production team leaders.
• Assist with Inventory/Shipping and Plant Quality Assurance procedures.
• Perform other duties related to Good Manufacturing Practices, shipping, receiving, minor maintenance, or other duties as required by the supervisor.

Education and Qualifications

• High school, General Education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Must possess Stand-up & Sit-Down forklift operator experience
• The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Must offer flexibility to work schedules as determined by business need, including overtime as required.
• Possess ability to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. 10 feet or more

Pay Range: United States of America: $46,716 - $66,747
