Job description

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s distribution network. It safely loads and unloads trucks, accurately picks paint and related products, and ships orders to customers. The role involves moving materials within the facility and from the loading platform using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other equipment. Additionally, the position requires safe operation of machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, sorting, packing, and transporting products.

Additional Information:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Experience operating mobile power equipment like lift trucks, tow motors, or order pickers
• Experience with stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, or hoists
• Experience in order picking, data entry, and barcode scanning
• Warehouse or distribution center experience as a picker or packer

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders accurately and efficiently
