Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, and support daily operations on-site. You’ll handle forklift tasks, ensure safety, and maintain office and warehouse supplies while coordinating with customers and transport providers.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential in this role. Base hourly compensation reflects experience and region, with benefits supporting your health and work-life balance.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as forklift.
• Commitment to safety by using all appropriate resources.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load/unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts as required.

What you will do:

What you will bring:

• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $22.93 - $26.86
