Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Technician for its Watertown, WI facility. The role is a regular full-time Day shift from 4:55am to 5:25pm, 3-4 days per week, with starting pay of $25.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of industrial warehouse experience, including forklift operation, WMS, and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of Excel, RSS, Navision, Plant Control Systems, and Label Management would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping orders (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Move ingredients and materials using the inventory system to support FIFO/product rotation.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and tankers; complete inspection forms.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route incoming materials; pick/pack/load/ship orders.

We are currently accepting applications for a Warehouse Technician in our State-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Watertown, WI, conveniently located 30 miles east of Madison.

This is a regular, full-time position working Dayshift from 4:55am to 5:25pm, 3-4 days per week. Starting pay is $25.50/hour.

Because you’re only working 3-4 days per week, you have more full days off for hobbies and time with friends and family. Also, there is 8-hours of built-in overtime during your 4-day workweek. If you work an extra shift outside your normal schedule, it is paid at double-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties as assigned.

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, etc. shipping orders for shipment.
• Move ingredients/finished materials in and out of racking, using the electronic inventory management system, to achieve proper first in-first out (FIFO) / product rotation procedures.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and tankers, completing the necessary inspection forms.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route all incoming materials. Pick, pack, load, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Complete paperwork and log information accurately (Bill of Ladings (BOL’s), inbound/outbound orders, ProForma’s, etc.).
• Interact with truck drivers, customers, and other CQC departments.
• Perform cleaning activities as needed.
• Cover for other employees while on break/lunch.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment, and drive personal vehicle for work. Designated employees may be approved to operate the CQC van and therefore, must have an acceptable driving record.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance at work.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of industrial warehouse experience required, which includes forklift operation, Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, and shipping and/or receiving experience. Additional experience beyond one year is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, RSS, Microsoft Navision, Plant Control Systems, and Label Management would be helpful
