The Weir Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support logistics, inventory control, and order processing in an on-site, Monday-to-Friday environment. You will document and scan daily paperwork, maintain inventory, and coordinate shipments with third-party providers using Outlook and internal systems.

This role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, proficiency with SAP and stand-up forklifts, and the ability to work in a hot distribution center with swamp

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with SAP and stand-up forklift operation.
• Ability to work in a hot, open distribution center environment with swamp coolers.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry/documentation tasks.
• Hazmat certification is a nice-to-have (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Document and scan paperwork from the previous day for the customer service team.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and sideline inventory processes.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes; prepare products for shipment.
• Review and process customer orders daily, coordinating with third-party logistics providers and using Outlook for tracking.

You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future. **What you’ll do ⦿** ***Logistics & Inventory Manageme**nt:* Start your day by documenting and scanning paperwork from the previous day, ensuring all shop packets are accurately processed and accessible to the customer service team. Maintain inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and manual sideline inventory processes. **⦿** ***Material Handling & Shipping:*** Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes. Prepare products for shipment considering size, weight, safety, and customer requirements. Organize, label, and stock received materials efficiently. **⦿** ***Order Processing & Communication:***Review and process customer orders daily, coordinating with third-party logistics providers for shipments.
