Warehouse Technician

Location: LSC-Montrose – 603 Montrose Ave, South Plainfield, NJ 07080

Department: Pharmacy

Shift: Day

Hourly Pay Range: $19.72 – $25.10 per hour (New Jersey)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Technician assumes responsibility for all warehouse related duties and daily tasks. He/she will be responsible for inventory, stericycle, checking in orders, and re-stocking shelves as needed. In addition, the Warehouse Technician will be responsible for checking in Cardinal deliveries.

Essential Functions

• Participates in the physical inventory counts for Infusion and Hospital Services.
• Responsible to pack ice packs for the Vivitrol tech as per schedule.
• Responsible for cleaning IV poles, pouches, and other accessories making sure they are available for patient use.
• Responsible for stocking all supplies in pick & pack area and other areas as needed.
• Responsible for returning all Cardinal products when the pink & yellow return auth paperwork is received and ready to be returned the next day to the cardinal driver.
• Checks inventory for outdated medications and/or supplies on a monthly basis in the warehouse area & Mail Order.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must have successfully completed all orientation programs.
• Must pass a security background check.
