Job summary

TNemec Company, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Technician to join our Baltimore Distribution team. This role focuses on accurate order picking, labeling, repackaging, and safe shipment preparation using Oracle and warehouse systems.

You will read pick tickets, assemble orders, and help move shipments with forklifts and related equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and process pick tickets and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Review pick tickets and assemble customer orders from product storage locations.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including repackaging, relabeling, hazardous material labeling, and required shipping descriptions.
• Enter order modifications and use Oracle software to generate Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and shipping labels.
• Use warehouse and shipping systems to process and close out customer orders.
• Organize completed orders on skids and wrap shipments when needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move completed orders to designated staging areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist other Warehouse team members as needed to complete daily work.
• Communicate effectively with Warehouse personnel, Office personnel, Customer Service, customers, supervisors, and managers.

Tnemec Company is looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our Baltimore Distribution team!In this role, you'll help make sure customer orders are picked, prepared, labeled, documented, and staged accurately and efficiently.
