Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Plymouth, MN to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage inventory, and support transportation needs while complying with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating power industrial vehicles such as forklifts.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

What You Will Do
