Trane Technologies in McKinney, TX, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse team during the day (1st shift, Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays). You will coordinate shipments, stock inventory, and keep operations running smoothly to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring a HS diploma, forklift experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.

***The below salary range is total target compensation which includes base and incentive***

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.85 - $28.27 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
