Trane Technologies in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound shipments, stock inventory, and coordinate forklift movements to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Strong safety mindset and use of resources to safely perform all functions.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.

We're hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $20.29 - $23.99 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
