Trane Technologies in Moorestown, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Associate on-site for first shift. You’ll be the primary contact for warehouse movement, coordinate shipments, and stock inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements include a HS diploma and forklift experience, plus strong planning, communication, and customer service skills. Benefits start Day One, with health insurance and retirement options.

What you will do

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

What you will bring

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).

Salary and Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.85 - $28.27

Compensation Type: Hourly

Incentive Eligible: Yes

Sales Commission Eligible: No
