Job summary

Grover Gaming, now proudly a part of Light & Wonder, is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support daily operations, inventory accuracy, and basic troubleshooting of electronic gaming machines. This role emphasizes precision and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cycle counts, RMA processing, shipments, and safe material movement with forklifts and pallet jacks, reporting to the warehouse team in Louisville.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of warehouse experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience operating box trucks or route trucks.
  • Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL).

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain inventory of products through regular cycle counting.
  • Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
  • Manage the shipment and receipt of products for both internal and external customers.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of EGMs and repair or replace malfunctioning components as needed.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using various diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

SUMMARY: The Warehouse Technician at Grover Gamingis responsible forsupporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, product handling, and basic technical servicing of gaming equipment. This role ensuresaccuratetracking, movement, and maintenance of inventory while supporting internal operations and external customer needs.This position plays a critical role inmaintaininginventory accuracy through cycle counting, processing shipments and receipts, and documenting RMA activity for repairs and replacements. The Warehouse Technician also performs basic troubleshooting andcomponentreplacement on electronic gaming machines (EGMs),utilizingdiagnostic tools and established repair procedures.

  • Experience operating box trucks or route trucks.

  • Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non-CDL)
