Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our on-site warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory, and ensure accurate handling of freight with a forklift.

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.

• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required.

You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. What you will bring

• Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.85 - $28.27
