Responsibilities

• Learn to operate, maintain and set up shredding/grinding/ cleaning machines.
• Resolve issues related to day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Calibrate probes and monitor pH of processed waste.
• Read and understand work orders, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.
• Clear jams and clean the machine daily with maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance and notify maintenance of issues.
• Understand OSHA regulations and Health and Safety Practices.
• Build working relationships with coworkers and work as a team.
• Demonstrate creativity to solve problems.
• Daily cleaning of work area and tools.
• Load/Unload trailers.
• Wear all required PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.

Shift/hours:
Shift: Sat & Sun 6a - 3p & Mon - Wed 230p - 1130p OFF Thursday & Friday

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn tooperate, maintain and set updifferent typesof shredding/grinding/cleaning machines.
• Resolve issues related to day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Responsible for calibrating probes and monitoring PH of processed waste.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Required to clear jams and clean the machine daily in conjunction with the maintenance department.
• Monitor machine performance/condition and notify maintenance of any issues.
• Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations and Health and Safety Practices.
• Respect and build working relationships with co-workers.
• Demonstrate the ability to be creative and solve unique problems.
• Regular/Daily cleaning of work area and tools.
• Load/ Unload trailers.
• Wear all the required PPE.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• This role is consideredsafety sensitive.
• Musthave a reliable form of transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements:

• Previousmanufacturing experience
• Previousforklift experience

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment where hearing protection, safety glasses and steel toed boots arerequired.
• Large facility with approximately100,000 square feetof ground to cover.
• Seasonal variation in temperature and weather conditions.
• Frequent radio communication with operators and managers.
• Teamwork-centered atmosphere with over 100 employees.
