As a Warehouse Technician, you will be hands‑on at the heart of our manufacturing operation — bringing complex energy systems to life from raw components to finished assemblies. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, storing and organizing inventory, and picking and staging components needed to keep the production line on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working with a wide range of materials, from small hardware and electrical components to large, heavy transformer parts such as tanks, cores, coils, bushings, and radiators.
This role will be based at our Houston transformer facility. You must be willing to work onsite full‑time in line with the production schedule, including OT and weekends as needed.
We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.
