Job summary

CareLinc Medical Equipment is looking for a hands-on inventory associate to keep branch stock at optimal levels and ensure quick service. You will handle UPS shipments, verify branch transfers, and communicate stock status across locations. You will also process returns and clean equipment as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and a ready-to-learn attitude to support our nationwide teams and customers within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance
• Lift and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory of all branches for same-day service
• Manage UPS autoships to customers and manufacturers
• Receive, fulfill, and confirm branch stock transfers timely
• Communicate product and inventory status to all employees and branches
• Receive and return products per company policy
• Clean equipment when needed

What will you be doing:

• Maintains adequate inventory of all branches to provide same day service to the customer whenever possible
• Responsible for UPS autoships to customers and manufacturers
• Receives, fulfills, and confirms branch stock transfers in a timely manor
• Communicates effectively to all employees and branches with regards to product / inventory
• Receives and returns product in accordance with company policy
• Cleaning equipment when needed

What will you need:

• Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
• Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to read and write and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Good work ethic and desire to learn
