Job summary

PromptCare is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Lenexa, KS to manage shipping/receiving, equipment testing and repair, and inventory control. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow procedures to keep the warehouse compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities include packing and shipping, stocking, cleaning, and supporting cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily operations. Benefits and a stable schedule are offered.

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Picks, packages, and ships product/equipment for UPS, FedEx, and couriers.
• Tags equipment, bags, and stocks into patient-ready areas per Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains clean warehouse by empting trash, recycling, stocking, and sweeping.
• Tracks and locates lost packages shipped from the warehouse.
• Inspects shelves to ensure stock, rotation, and removal of outdated product.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment in the building.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities, Included But Not Limited To

• Picks, packages, and ships product/equipment following process for UPS, Fed Ex, and couriers for timely delivery
• Tags equipment appropriately, bags and stocks into patient-ready areas per Policies and Procedures
• Consistently empties trash, empties recycling, straightens stock and sweeps floor to maintain clean warehouse appearance
• Tracks and locates lost packages shipped from warehouse
• Inspects all shelves to ensure all product is stocked, rotated and out-of-date product is removed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the building
• Other duties assigned
