Job summary

CareLinc Medical Equipment is seeking an inventory-focused team member to maintain branch stock, process UPS autoships, and manage transfers. The role requires reliability, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will support multiple branches and help ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to company policies while contributing to patient care through efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check related to the position.
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory across branches for same-day service.
• Coordinate UPS autoships to customers and manufacturers.
• Receive, fulfill, and confirm branch stock transfers promptly.
• Communicate product and inventory information to employees and branches.
• Receive and return products per company policy.
• Assist with cleaning equipment when needed.
