Maine Beer Company in Maine is hiring a Warehouse Technician based in Yarmouth. This full-time role keeps logistics running, manages deliveries, feeds packaging lines, and backs our growing logistics team across sites.

You’ll need a Class B CDL with air brake, forklift skills, and comfort with EKOS software, MacOS, Google Workspace, and Slack. The role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a fast-growing craft brewery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport materials between Westbrook, Yarmouth, and Freeport warehouses.
• Receive and manage packaging material shipments.
• Coordinate with packaging team for material transfers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Keep inventory using EKOS software.
• Support dock operations at Freeport.
• Assist Westbrook distribution and trucking as needed.
• Perform daily warehouse maintenance.
• Uphold safety and SOP adherence.
• Occasional relocation between sites.

This full-time position is based in Yarmouth, Maine and requires at least 40 hours per week. The approximate pay range for this position is $28.00-$30.00/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities.

What You’ll Do

As part of our warehouse team in Yarmouth, you'll play a key role in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently. We need someone that can stay on top of deliveries, keep our packaging lines fed, and backup our growing logistics team wherever help is needed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely transport raw materials and finished goods between our Westbrook and Yarmouth warehouses and the Freeport brewery (Class B CDL required).
• Receive and manage shipments of packaging materials (kegs, bottles, boxes).
• Communicate with the packaging team to ensure materials are transferred to the brewery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Keep accurate inventory using EKOS brewery software.
• Support Freeport brewery dock operations when needed.
• Support Westbrook warehouse distribution and trucking operations when required.
• Conduct inventory checks and following First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices.
• Daily warehouse maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Uphold our high standards for safety and following SOPs in all areas.
• This position is primarily based in Yarmouth and Freeport, but some time may be spent at our Westbrook warehouse as needed.

Requirements

• A Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (required).
• Proficiency with forklifts and similar equipment in tight spaces.
• A can-do attitude and a respectful, team-oriented approach.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• This is a warehouse operations position requiring some bending/crouching, physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs to waist height and 25 lbs to shoulder height repetitively, and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time daily.
• Bonus points for mechanical aptitude, and comfort with tools like MacOS, Google Workspace, Slack, and EKOS brewery management software (training available!).
