JOB PURPOSE:

The Warehouse Technician maintains a clean and organized warehouse and manages all inventory-related activities. Responsibilities include timely receipt of shipments, staging and storing inventory, cleaning and maintaining fleet equipment, conducting physical inventory counts, and accurately processing inventory transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and validate all purchase orders against packing slips within 24 hours.
• Tag, label, and store all warehouse items properly.
• Manage return authorizations, including requests, returns, and reporting.
• Complete inventory transactions accurately within operating systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Manage waste by breaking down boxes and removing pallets.
• Sanitize and maintain fleet equipment (rental, demo, loaner).
• Guide proper inventory control procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

• Supply chain/inventory management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
