Job summary

  • Monitor equipment and report issues to supervisors promptly.

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Switch & Sensor Assembler to join a growing production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, hands‑on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

Switch & Sensor Assembler Responsibilities
  • Assemble switches, sensors, and related components according to work orders, written instructions, and shop aids
  • Accurately verify parts, materials, and kit quantities before beginning assembly
  • Perform detailed quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards
  • Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and instructions to maintain consistent product quality
  • Monitor equipment during production and promptly report any issues to the appropriate supervisor or specialist
  • Perform basic approved preventative maintenance as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet established production schedules and quality expectations
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals
  • Assist with training team members on departmental processes as experience and proficiency develop
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
  • Perform additional production duties as needed to support the team
