Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a diligent warehouse/maintenance associate to join our team in Dallas. You will maintain clean, organized storage areas, monitor inventory, track equipment and delivery schedules, and keep vehicles and maintenance on a regular cycle.

This role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and hands-on handling of tools and materials. The ideal candidate has handyman experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and is motivated to learn new skills while supporting restoration

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and office storage areas, ensuring equipment, tools, supplies, and materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identify items that need to be reordered, and communicate supply needs to management.
• Track equipment, contents, and materials, including items received, stored, delivered, or assigned to crews and jobs.
• Track delivery and pickup dates for equipment, contents, supplies, and materials, ensuring items are available when needed.
• Maintain company vehicles and maintenance schedules, including tracking mileage, oil changes, inspections, tires, repairs, and other routine maintenance.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment, reporting damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment to management.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate issues promptly, including inventory, vehicle maintenance, equipment, deliveries, and other warehouse-related activities.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
