Job summary

Fieldprint, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Network Support Center Representative based in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The role combines warehouse duties with technical support for Fieldprint Station devices and end users.

The position is an in-office role from 8am to 4pm with a pay rate of $16.20 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong organizational and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Fieldprint Station end users nationwide via phone/email/onsite as necessary.
• Manage return authorizations and shipping for defective devices.
• Build, test, track, and deploy Fieldprint Station workstations reliably.
• Manage spares inventory levels to ensure availability.
• Manage warranty repair process with vendors for timely repairs/replacements.
• Create and track initial user accounts on all machines.
• Log hardware/software and track shipping to remote sites.
• Provide installation services and startup testing on new units.
• Develop build documents detailing setup/configuration options.
• Provide end user training via phone or in person.
• Train users on scanning protocols per Fieldprint requirements.
