Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Florida to safely load, unload, pick, sort, pack, and ship paint and related products. You will move material within the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, or conveyors and operate robots to improve warehouse efficiency.

Maintain safety and quality standards while meeting daily targets. Responsibilities include accurate order picking, packing, inventory control, and productive collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Adhere to all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
