Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a warehouse associate in Romeoville, IL to efficiently pick, pack, and ship paint products within a fast-paced distribution center.

The role involves moving material with hand trucks and forklifts, organizing stock, and maintaining safety standards. You will operate both mobile and stationary equipment, participate in order fulfillment, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
