Job summary

Alphia, a privately held pet food manufacturer, is seeking a warehouse associate to support packaging operations and inventory control. You will operate forklift, receive finished goods, ticket in the inventory system, and prepare shipments while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: manufacturing environment desired.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain Alphia certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift (obtain Alphia certification) and manage inventory entries.
• Receive finished goods, ticket in computerized system, and transport to stretch wrapper area.
• Inspect and weigh WIP, palletize and prepare shipments according to customer requirements.
• Follow FIFO and communicate pallet counts with packaging to ensure accurate orders.
