Warehouse Teammate (Finance)

Do you thrive on providing an excellent customer experience? Are you safety and service-oriented? Do you possess the attention to detail necessary to ensure the accurate fulfillment of customer orders? If so, we'd like you to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Teammate.

About the Role:

You will:

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; pick, document, and pack customer orders following company policies.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies according to procedures or forward paperwork to the appropriate person.

• Identify non-stock, special-order, and damaged materials and store them properly.
• Complete documentation for shipments via third-party carriers.
• Safely load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklifts and other equipment.
• Report stock depletions, discrepancies, or damaged goods that could affect service levels.
• Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, and safety; report safety issues.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.

• Follow all safety standards and complete required safety and compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

About You:

• At least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center is preferred.
• Ability to drive vehicles over 10,000 lbs with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a Department of Transportation physical exam before employment and periodically thereafter.
