Each of our locations, called Profit Centers, is managed as a small business, comprising a warehouse, counter, sales office, and sometimes a showroom, operating under unique trade names tailored to local markets.

Hughes Supply is one of these trade names, seeking a Warehouse Teammate at our Phoenix Riverview, AZ location.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

About the Role:

• Count, verify, and receive incoming shipments and customer returns.
• Stock and maintain warehouse; pick, pack, and document customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy and high customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and store nonstock or damaged items properly.
• Complete documentation for shipments.
• Operate forklifts and handle materials safely.
• Report stock issues and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness.
• Assist team members and adhere to safety standards.

About You:

• At least 1 year of warehouse receiving and handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to learn equipment and systems.
• Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
