Job summary

UPS in Anaheim, CA is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead Package Handlers and Clerks in safety, quality, and productivity. This role trains staff, oversees timecards, and maintains daily operations to meet shipping deadlines.

Applicants should be able to lift 70 lbs, work flexible shifts, and communicate clearly with teams and management. A Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving with multitasking ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity
• Maintains attendance and submits timecards
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers
• Facilitates training with new and current employees
• Coordinates evaluations with management
• Oversees daily activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time
• Adheres to UPS ethical standards and code of conduct
