Job summary

Hillyard Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Member in Lino Lakes, MN. Join our Operations team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience with pick, pack, and ship is a plus.
• Attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Basic computer skills, including email.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate battery-powered material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory while keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
• Work closely with teammates to meet daily shipping goals.
• Use basic computer systems and email to support warehouse operations.
