Tindell's, Inc. in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Lumber Yard & Customer Experience Specialist to greet customers and assist with orders, inventory, and showroom upkeep. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced retail yard environment.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, a benefits package, and opportunities for growth as you help customers build and maintain their projects with quality materials.

Qualifications

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced yard.
• Forklift experience is a plus; training can be provided.

• Maintain Peak Standards: Ensure showroom, yard, and store environments stay clean, safe, and ready for business.
